Unit resets when activating outputs

If the unit's power LED goes out briefly during recording you either have a short circuit in the output wiring or you are drawing too much power from your power supply. The power supply is overloading, turning off briefly, then turning back on, causing the controller to reset.

Scene loops when it should not (or will not loop)

  1. Check Loop if Input Still On in the scene configuration.
  2. Confirm the sensor is not stuck on. Motion sensors need warm-up time at startup when using Auto-Detect input mode.
  3. Try increasing Minimum On Time slightly if electrical noise is re-triggering the input.

Recording does not behave as expected

  1. Remember that outputs are recorded in banks. On PicoPro, outputs 1–4 and 5–8 are separate banks.
  2. Only outputs with their button LED on when you start recording will be recorded in that pass.
