Apps¶
Download the ShowMatic app for your device.
Connect to the Internet¶
Follow the steps below if you want to connect this device to your Wi-Fi so you can monitor and manage it from anywhere. If you do not intend to connect this device to the internet please see Using Offline.
1. Download App¶
For the best experience we recommend downloading one of our apps from the links above. Alternatively you can use Chrome or Edge to connect the device to Wi-Fi.
2. Enter Wi-Fi Setup Mode¶
- Open the app
- Select the "Devices" tab (second tab at the bottom or on the left side)
- Click "Adopt New Device"
- Follow the Instructions
3. See Product Page¶
Your device should now be connected to the internet. Visit the Products page for device-specific help.
Using Offline¶
If this device will be installed in an area where there is no Wi-Fi, or you prefer not to use that feature, no problem. You can still use an app to connect directly to the device to upload sounds, animate, and make changes.
