Outputs Help

Unit resets when output(s) turn on

If the unit's power LED goes out briefly when an output turns on you either have a short circuit in the output wiring or you are drawing too much power from your power supply. The power supply is overloading, turning off briefly, then turning back on, causing the controller to reset.

Please see Power Supply Overload.

Output does not turn on

  1. Confirm the output is enabled in the recorded scene and that the correct scene is being triggered.
  2. Check wiring and that the load voltage matches your power supply (12 V or 24 V).
  3. Verify the power supply can deliver enough current for all active outputs at once.
  4. If Pressure Lockout is enabled, outputs may be held off until pressure is high enough.
