Licensed Features

Some ShowMatic devices, including PicoPro, can carry optional licensed outputs. These features are part of the device itself. They are not a feature of the mobile app.

Supported Products

PicoPro

Every PicoPro has 8 hardware outputs. How many of those outputs are licensed can differ from one unit to another.

Web or Desktop App Required

Licensed outputs can be viewed and changed in the ShowMatic website or desktop app. Sign in with the same account you use on your phone, open the device, and use the Cloud tab.

Mobile Apps

The iOS and Android apps do not sell licensed outputs, show prices, or take payment. If the Cloud tab says your device may have hidden potential, that is only a note that the device supports licensed outputs.
