Delete Your Account

If you'd like to delete your ShowMatic account and all associated data, follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Open any of the ShowMatic apps or login to the website at cloud.ShowMatic.io
2. Click the user icon at the right.
3. Tap Account, scroll to the bottom.
4. Tap Delete Account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account and profile information will be permanently removed.
• All saved configurations and device pairings will be erased.
• This action cannot be undone.

This is permanent

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need access before proceeding.
